Welcome to **FootballQuiz: Name the Player**. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

## Accounts

- Accounts are created using your device's unique identifier.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
- You may change your username at any time from your profile.

## Credits & Purchases

- Credits are the in-app currency used to play quizzes.
- Each quiz costs 1 credit to play.
- New users receive 1 free credit upon registration.
- Correct answers earn 1 credit.
- Credits can be purchased through the App Store using real money.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
- Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

## Gameplay

- Quizzes present a mystery football player's career history. Your goal is to guess the player's name.
- Each quiz has a 30-second time limit. If time runs out, the quiz is marked as incorrect and your credit is used.
- Hints are available during quizzes for an additional credit cost.
- Game content is for entertainment purposes only.

## Fair Play

- You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized methods to gain credits or advantages.
- We reserve the right to reset accounts that violate fair play rules.

## Content

- Player data and statistics are sourced from publicly available information.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of all player data.

## Liability

- The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any losses related to credits, purchases, or gameplay.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

## Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
